• Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed later in the day or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Costs

• Free Delivery: The vast majority of our online tyre orders come with free standard delivery.
• Larger Orders: For some larger or bulk orders, a delivery charge may apply. If this is the case for your order, we will notify you clearly during the checkout process or contact you by email before your order is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

You will be kept informed every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to follow your delivery's progress right to your door.

Please ensure the delivery address is correct when you place your order, as we cannot change this once the items have been dispatched.

If You Miss Your Delivery

If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery, they will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange the delivery or collect your items from a local depot. You may be able to arrange redelivery for a more convenient day.
